As of 8pm on 12/30, The Bog Slog on January 2nd has been POSTPONED to a later date TBA. With six more inches of snow falling yesterday and today (and potentially more to follow), and temperatures well below freezing until late Saturday, we’re just not convinced that the conditions will allow for safe travel to the event and safe orienteering in the woods on Sunday morning. No Cascade Club orienteering this weekend, but Mergeo is offering Street Scramble at the Market- 2 hours and on-foot only (no 3-hour or bike option), so the course is especially compact. COC has you covered for some post-Thanksgiving activity. Get outside for Saturday’s (12/4) Winter League event that mixes campus sprinting with forest orienteering. Only 50 spots remain.
